Oral Presentation

The vision of our congress is to engage the participants in meaningful session for the exploration on scientific advancements. In order for this model to succeed, speakers or the participants need to adhere to a set of instructions and guidelines.

1. Time Allocation

Notes:
  • Each presentation includes 3 minutes for preparation and Q&A / discussion.
  • All presenters are requested to reach the Session Room prior to the schedule time and complete their presentation on time.
  • Oral presenters can find their assigned presentation time by searching the paper ID on the conference program.
  • All presentations are scheduled in China Standard Time (UTC/GMT+8, Beijing Time).
  • Signed and stamped presentation certificate would be issued after the conference.
2. Presentation Preparation
The presentation PPT could be designed as you like with requirements as below:
  • √ The conference logo should be added to each PPT slide;
  • √ Title, presenter and affiliation information should be indicated in the first slide;
  • √ Each slide should be concise, uncluttered and readable from a distance; include only key words and phrases for visual reinforcement.
3. Preparation before the presentation
1) Laptops equipped with Windows 10, Office 2010 Pro English (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Adobe Reader are provided;
2) LCD projectors, Screens, Laser pointers and Microphones are provided;
3) Speakers who have not sent the presentation in PPT/PDF format to the organizing committee should have their presentation data ready in a memory stick and copy it to the laptop in the session room about 15 minutes before the start time, and make sure it could be normally displayed;
4) All speakers should inform the Session Chair (before the start of your Session) that you are present.

4. Presentation Requirements
* Speakers are strongly encouraged to dress in business formals during presentations.
* Speakers should be well knowledgeable and expert in the area of presentation for a better exchange.
* No commercial advertisements are allowed during the presentation.
*All communications should be in English, and no other language is acceptable.

5. Best Oral Presentation Selection
  • One best oral presentation will be selected from each session by the session chair based on the selection criteria below:

  • This award consists of a certificate and free attendance to CECNet 2024;
  • Final Results will be demonstrated on the website;
6. Conference Attendance / Cancellation
We strongly encourage speakers to notify the office immediately in the event of absence for presenting a registered session, a best attempt can be made to substitute the session on prior information.
